ENG: Hi everyone. Oh well I am back in the make-up game with both hands. I want to try so many new things, mix products, try colours and so on. So I hope all of you will enjoy my make-up looks. by the way Wednesdays from the Ayurvedic colour aspect is all about green . Colour enhance the days best aspects. So I try to follow these things as I am really in to yoga and Ayurvedic thinking/ living. It is almost 2 years I don't eat any kind of meat and soon a year I don't eat any kind of living beings. Neither seafood, neither anything that lives on the ground. I feel very good and I don't miss anything of it. As everyday I explore new tasty things from vegetables , fruits, and other products. So today as well I share with you a very tasty smoothie - I love these healthy snacks :) And as I've been really lazy with gym thing... hasn't stated to go there.. I still just workout at home, but I do feel that I need to step up and get my ass to the gym with a trainer to achieve better results. LV: Sveiki, visi. Ah, esmu atpakaļ make-up izveidē ar abām rokām. Gribu izmēģināt tik daudz jaunas lietas, izmēģināt daudzus produktus, krāsas un veidus. Ceru, ka jums patiks mani eksperimenti. Starpcitu, trešdienas no ajūrvēdiskā skatījuma ir zaļās krāsas dienas. Katrai dienai ir sava krāsa un šī krāsa pastiprina dienas labās īpašības. Es cenšos tam sekot, tapēc apģērbā un bieži vien arī make-up izvēlos dienai atbilstošo krāsu. Esmu jau sen aizrāvusies ar Jogu un ajūrvēdisko dzīvesveidu- vēl daudz jāmācās, bet esmu uz šī ceļa un atpakaļ netaisos griezties. Drīz jau būs 2 gadi kopš neēdu nekāda veida gaļu un gads kopš neēdu vispār neko kas ir dzīva radība. Ne no jūras, ne sauszemes. Jūtos ļoti labi un man nekas no šī nepietrūkst. Katru dienu sanāk atklāt daudz jaunu garšīgu lietu un kombināciju no dārzeņiem, augļiem un citiem pārtikas produktiem. Tapēc šodien ar jums dalos arī savā kārtējā smoothie receptē. Gards bez gala un man ļoti patīk veselīgi gardumi. :) Un tā kā esmu vēljoprojām diezgan slinka sporta zāles jomā, vēl nēsmu sākusi apmeklēt, tad saldumiem jābūt veselīgiem. Vismaz mājas apstākļos nedaudz sportojos , bet ir jāsaņemas un jātiek līdz zālei pie trenera, lai tos rezultātus tomēr uzlabotu.
