Hello, Beauties :) 

ENG: Hey, today I will tell about products I took to & bought in Italy :) This trip was all about less is best. So it was quite a challange pick just few things to take with me - so I was took just the most important ones and the rest I thought I will buy- my bad! This was te part where I failed. Not cause I didn't want to buy anything but I was already knowing what exactly I want to get... Did I got at least one of these? NO. Not even saw something like that... But this was a proof that there are holidays where no matter how much money you will take with you, you wont be able to buy stuff you need. 

Have you had a situation like this? I mean you need something desperately & You cant find it?

By the way yesterday I did had my first group training. i went to ABS+ back - perfect training. Today I feel all the muscles, but this pain actually is pretty cool. As I know it will pay of with a beautiful & healthy body. After that I met my friend and we sat in Wine studio for 5h and it is obvious wine was very tasteful. So this morning I canceled my privat lesson with trainer. I feel taht full moon does this to me. Well as I told myself at the begining of this year that I have to live it more crazy- I think I am very true to this Idea. Wish you a super crazy successful day. I am off to Ogre city douglas for work and in the evening Fat burner group training at the gym.

LV: sveiki, šodien pastāstīšunpar produktiem, kurus ņēmu līdz ceļojumā un kurus iegādājos itālijā :) Šis ceļojums kā jau minēju bija as saukli, jo mazāk, jo labāk.  Bija diezgan liels uzdevums izvēlēties, tikai dažus produktus, kuri tad mani ceļojumā pavadīs- tapēc bija jāatlasa vislabākie savā jomā, tie kuri ir neaizstājami un pārējos domāju iegādāties jau Itālijā- mana vaina. Šī bija daļa, kurā es izkritu. Ne tapēc, ka nevēlējos neko nopirkt, nezināju ko nopirkt , bet es tieši zināju komvēlos atrast un iegādāties.  Vai es no kārotā/ vajadzīgā atradu un iegādājos? Nē! Es pat neko līdzīgu neatradu.  Bet šis man bija apliecinājums, ka nav svarīgi cik daudz naudas tev būs līdz, būs reizes, kad tev nebūs iespēja neko iegādāties. Vai jums ir tā gadījies? Es domāju, kad jūs ko cītīgi meklējat, bet nevarat atrast nekādīgi?

Ui, piebildīšu arī to, ka vakar vakarā biju uz pirmo grupu nodarbību ABS+ back ( vēderpresei un mugurai) . Lieliska nodarbība, iesaku visiem. Šodien gan jūt visus izkustinātos muskuļus. Bet toties kāds prieks. Patīkamas tās sāpes. Pēc nodarbības satikos ar draudzeni un Vīna studijā nosēdējām pļāpājot 5h ar visām vīna izrietošajām sekām - līdz ar ko šī rīta nodarbību pie trenera atcēlu. Pilnmēness laikam dara savu :D Bet biju arī sev teikusies šogad dzīvot neprātīgāk :) pagaidām izskatās, ka izdodas sekmīgi. Novēlu jums neprātīgi veiksmīgu dienu. Es šodien uz Ogres Douglas & vakarā uz Fat Burner grupu nodarbību :)

[ Beauty] Bioderma Hydrabio Riche review

Hey, beauty gurus! :)

ENG: I have to say that I won't show you anything new today. BIODERMA is well known skin care brand, and so many people are using this one daily. Even beauty therapists suggest this line for skin care. And finally I tried it myself. And after a third day I can swear on this one. My super dry almost dehydrated skin felt and looked smooth, silky and without any dry patches. That was the result I was aiming for. Before I used Eisenberg ultra rich cream that one was as good as this one just 3 times more expensive. So I have to say- I will stick to this one as the rest of the money I can spend on other goodies :) Who has a dry or really dry facial skin? what creams are you using, which ones you like?

They are a french company that focuses on creating skincare items for all skin types.That’s not to say the Hydrabio range is simple – it’s based on Nobel-prize-winning research on aquaporins, channels that move water around our cells. The theory is that everyone’s skin needs water, and that water needs to stay in our skin and circulate to all cells.

Hydrabio does it with ingredients such as vitamin B3, apple seed and seaweed extracts that reportedly rebuild aquaporins, and glycerine, which is said to prevent evaporation from the surface of skin. The result? Skin is said to become better able to absorb, hold on to and circulate water, so it’s more hydrated and less dry, both on the surface and deep down. Apparently that means no more dullness or greyness, and farewell to flaking, tightness, itching and scaliness.
I’m amazed at the lightness of the cream, which actually has more of a lotion texture.
Easy to apply with a pump that gives you small amount of a product so you don't waste anything. 

A little secret: I lightly spray my face with any thermal water spray before applying moisturizer. The skin has to be moist in order for the moisturizer to seal in that moisture.

ENG: The amount from a one pump. need at least 3 to cover all face :)

LV: Daudzums kurš iegūstams vienreiz uzspiežot, nepiueciešamas vismaz 3 dozas visai sejai. :)

LV: Jāsaka, ka nestāstīšu neko jaunu. BIODERMA ir jau labi zināma sejas kopšanas līdzekļu firma, ārkārtīgi daudz cilvēku šo produkciju lieto arī ikdienā.  Pat kosmetologi šos produktus iesaka saviem klientiem. Līdz ar ko arī es BEIDZOT ( tiešām beidzot) pamēģināju šo kremu. Īstenībā es biju tuvu izmisumam ar savu sauso ādu. Pēc 3 dienu lietošanas es jau varēju zvērēt pie šī krema. Mana super pleķaini sausā, nesmukā āda bija pārvērtusies par gludu, maigu un zīdainu. Ne miņas no sausiem pleķiem. Tieši pēc šāda rezultāta es alku. Iepriekš leitoju Eisenberg Ultra Rich cream, kurš arī bija lielisks un līdz šim brīdim neaizvietojams. Kā arī vismaz 3 reiz dārgāks par Biodermu :)  Jāsaka, ka es labāk lietoju šo un ietaupīto naudiņu iztērēju citādām lietiņām. Kādam ir ļoti sausa sejas āda? Ko lietojat jūs un kas patīk? 

Bioderma is Franču kompānija, kas specializējās sejas kopšanas līdzekļu izstrādē visiem sejas ādas tipiem.  Tā kā jāsaka, ka šo kremu klāsts nav parasts-  Nobela prēmiju ieguvušas par  izpēti aquaporins ( kanāli, kas pārvieto ūdeni ap mūsu šūnām). Teorētiski ikviena ādai ir nepieciešams ūdens, un ūdenim jāpaliek mūsu ādā un jācirkulē uz visām šūnām. ( ak vai cik sarežģīti) :)

Hydrabio to panāk ar tādām sastāvdaļām kā B3 vitamīns, ābolu sēkliņu un jūras zāļu ekstraktiem,  kas atjauno "aquaproins" -( santehnikas sistēma šūnām) Vikipēdija dikti sarežģīti skaidro šo nosaukumu. Un glicērīns, kas novērš iztviakošanu no ādas. Rezultātā ādāi vieglāk uzņemt, absorbēt, uzturēt un cirkulēt ūdeni .  Kā rezultātā tā ir mitrinātāka, mazāk sausa gan virspusē, gan dziļāk iekšā. 

Acīmredzot tas nozīmē, ka nekāda blāvuma vai pelēkuma un atvadamies no zvīņošanās, velkošas sajūtas, niezes un slāņošanās.

Mani pārsteidz krema vieglums, kura tekstūra ir vairāk kā losijons. 

Viegli uzklājas jo ir pumpīša tipa aplikators, kurš dod maza daudzuma produkta. Nav iespējams paņemt par daudz.

Neliels noslēpums: Es viegli apsmidzinu savu seju ar termālo ūdeni pirms uzklāju mitrinošo kremu. Mitra āda labāk uzņem sevī  un saglabā produktu.
